Position summary:
Plan and create marketing strategy and execute and measure marketing campaigns (focus on digital and online market), Identify insight and analyze market to deliver targets.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all marketing, digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Target and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Work closely with CRM to ensure effective work and customer satisfaction.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and business strategy or data analytics or business analysis or customer insight.
- Strong understanding of current digital trend, FB algorithm, Google ads, online marketing, concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, SEO, CRM, and social media.
- Experience in Health supplement industry would be a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- High level of motivation and strong record of high level performance.
